<p><strong>Museum of Anthropology</strong>: This museum is located in one of the oldest estates in Rivas. It has been a museum since 1975 and has a main hall with pre-Columbian ceramics recovered and obtained from Ometepe and local coastal areas. It also has skeletal remains of mammoths which were found in the vicinity of Lake Corsibok. Another room exhibits paintings depicting the most emblematic legends of the region.</p>

<p><strong>Ruta en el cerro de la Marañosa:</strong> La ruta tiene 6 kilómetros en total, es muy sencilla, y recorre una pista de tierra muy accesible ideal para recorrerla a pie o en bicicleta. Encontrarás humedales, búnkeres y fortines que remontan a la época donde ocurrió la batalla del Jarama durante la Guerra Civil española.</p>

<p><strong>Museo de antropología:</strong> Este museo está en una de las haciendas más viejas de Rivas. Funciona como museo desde 1975 y cuenta con una sala principal donde hay cerámicas precolombinas recuperadas y obtenidas de Ometepe y zonas costeras del sector. También tienen restos óseos de mamuts los cuales fueron encontrados en las inmediaciones del lago Corsibok. Otra sala exhibe pinturas que representan las leyendas más emblemáticas de la región.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Be Casa is built on four key principles: flexibility, affordability, community and sustainability. December 1st was a very special day, as we were able to share these principles with our future residents and the City Council of Rivas.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">The first challenge: finding a flat for young people where you can become independent.</h2>



<p>When you are a teenager and you dream of becoming independent, you usually imagine yourself living in a flat like the ones you see in TV series; right in the heart of the city and with enough square metres to ride a bike inside the house. However, when it comes to the crunch, you have to weigh house prices against your income and you realise that things are often far different from what you thought they would be.</p>



<p>We don&#8217;t know what your financial situation is, but if we take into account that most people in Spain earn 1,320 euros net per month (according to INE data) and that if you are at the beginning of your career your salary will probably be lower, you will have to study your options very carefully when it comes to finding a house.</p>



<p>Let&#8217;s start with the most difficult option: buying a home. The price of a property depends on several factors: the area, the surface area, the age of the property, etc. We can only tell you that, on average, a property in Spain costs 179,887 euros. In other words, 136.2 of the monthly salaries mentioned above. To be able to afford such an outlay, you will normally have to take out a mortgage loan and the bank will ask you to meet certain requirements that are difficult for people starting out in their professional life (a permanent contract, a minimum level of income, etc.). <p>You can&#8217;t say you&#8217;ve been to Madrid without having visited the Habsburg area. Luckily, it is practically impossible to travel through the city without visiting it, because it lies in the very centre. Between Puerta del Sol and Bailén Street and between Gran Vía and Atocha Street there is a series of streets and squares where every spot is worth a visit if you are on a sightseeing tour.</p>



<p>You can wander through the medieval lanes between Mayor and Segovia streets and forget that you are in the heart of a modern city as you come across magical spots such as the Renaissance garden of the Prince of Anglona. You can visit monuments such as the Mayor Square, the Opera Square, where the mythical Royal Theatre is located and just behind it, Oriente Square dominated by the Royal Palace (the largest in Europe), next to the Almudena Cathedral.</p>



<p>The Habsburg quarter is the tourist area of Madrid par excellence, but it has managed to preserve many of its most traditional icons, such as the <em>churros</em> at San Ginés, the cod at Revuelta and Casa Labra, the hat shops in Mayor Square and the Seseña cape shop. The La Latina district, between Cebada Square and Bailén Street, is one of the most emblematic places to have a drink. On sunny Sundays, its streets and squares are a real celebration.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">2. Art Walk and Retiro Park</h2>



<p>In the Prado-Recoletos section, between Colón Square and Carlos V Square, you can walk through an area that is a UNESCO World Heritage Site thanks to its monumental, architectural, town-planning and artistic interest. If the Hapsburg area is the origin of Madrid as the capital of Spain in the 16th and 17th centuries, here you will be walking among the treasures built by the kings of the Bourbon dynasty in the 18th century.</p>



<p>In an area spanning a few kilometres, you will find monuments such as the Cibeles and Neptuno fountains, architectural gems such as the Bank of Spain and the National Library, and an incredible concentration of internationally renowned museums such as the Prado, the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum, the Reina Sofía Art Centre and the Caixa-Forum exhibition hall. At Cibeles, you will see the impressive Palacio de Correos, now the Madrid City Hall, where there are also exhibitions and cultural events every day, and if you go up Alcalá Street, you will come to Retiro Park, one of the lungs of the city with a monumental pond, a spectacular crystal palace and one of the few sculptures dedicated to Lucifer that exist in the world.</p>



<p>At the other end of the spectrum is the district of Las Letras, where you will find, in addition to buildings such as the Palace Hotel and monuments such as the church of Las Trinitarias (where Cervantes is buried), the streets where many of the great writers of the Golden Age lived.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">3. El Rastro and Lavapiés</h2>



<p>Very close to La Latina is Cascorro Square, which is the northern end of El Rastro, one of the most renowned open-air markets in the world. Every Sunday morning, hundreds of stalls with a wide variety of goods await you: antiques, handicrafts, new and second-hand clothes, old records and books, magazines and comics from all periods, fossils and minerals&#8230; practically everything you can imagine in an area full of life and flavour, where the crowds are part of the fun.</p>



<p>After wandering through the streets of El Rastro, you can dive into the streets of Lavapiés, one of the most multicultural, traditional and creative neighbourhoods in the city, with restaurants of every nationality, architectural oddities such as the “<em>corralas</em>” and a multitude of cultural opportunities thanks to its numerous theatres and centres, such as La Casa Encendida and La Tabacalera.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">4. Madrid Río and El Matadero</h2>



<p>Madrid Río is a linear park that follows the course of the Manzanares River for kilometres. It was built on the former route of the M-30 ring road, which, since 2007, runs underground, transforming a grey and polluted landscape into one of the city&#8217;s main attractions. Exploring Madrid Río on foot or by bicycle, stopping at any of its outdoor cafés or contemplating monuments such as the Segovia and Toledo bridges is a delightful experience.</p>



<p>At the southern edge of Madrid Río lies Matadero Madrid, an amazing collection of 19th-century neo-Mudejar warehouses that once supplied meat to the city and now form a great avant-garde art hub with exhibition halls, cinemas, theatres, restaurants and outdoor areas that you will never want to leave. Definitely a must if your favourite plans include avant-garde art.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">5. Chueca and Malasaña</h2>



<p>Hortaleza Street (between Gran Vía and Alonso Martínez Square) separates these two neighbourhoods that certainly deserve a visit. Chueca is Madrid&#8217;s greatest expression of diversity, a true emblem of the LGTBI movement where everyone is welcome in the hundreds of bars, restaurants and shops that are scattered along some of the city&#8217;s most beautiful and well-kept streets.</p>



<p>For decades, Malasaña has been the symbol of modernity, and its main hub is Fuencarral Street (between Gran Vía and Bilbao Circus). In the 70s and 80s, it was renowned for its underground atmosphere; in fact, the Movida Madrileña originated in some of the bars that still exist today, such as the Penta or La Vía Láctea. Today, this area is still a testing ground for the latest trends, as you can see in its shops, restaurants and bars, but it is also one of the most traditional spots in Madrid. Not surprisingly, the heart of the neighbourhood is Dos de Mayo Square, where the popular uprising in 1808 against the French occupation began.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">6. Ponzano</h2>



<p>The trendy gastronomic and leisure area in the capital is Ponzano Street and its surroundings. You will find the most beautiful and modern establishments in Madrid, with everything from the traditional to the avant-garde. But its many bars and restaurants are not its only attraction. This area is home to the El Canal theatres, the Sorolla Museum, the Geomining Museum and the Natural Sciences Museum. In short, it is the ideal place for any occasion, whether it be an aperitif, an afternoon snack or a few drinks in the evening.</p>

<p>Literalmente, la palabra inglesa <em>relocation</em> significa “reubicación”, pero en el contexto profesional se utiliza para designar el fenómeno cada vez más habitual en las empresas de desplazar empleados a otro país o a otra ciudad dentro del suyo.</p>



<p>Existen muchas causas para una relocalización, desde atender un proyecto que se dilatará durante unos meses hasta un traslado definitivo para cubrir un puesto en una nueva oficina o directamente una reubicación de toda la empresa. Según los supuestos, la ley prevé cuándo la empresa puede obligar al empleado a desplazarse, pero lo más normal es que se trate de un movimiento consensuado y beneficioso para las dos partes.</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>¿Cuánto dura una reubicación laboral?</strong></h4>



<p>La legalidad vigente diferencia entre un traslado, que supone una reubicación de más de 12 meses en un período de tres años y un desplazamiento temporal, para el que está estipulado un máximo de 12 meses dentro del mismo periodo de tres años.</p>

<p>El barrio de los Austrias es la zona turística de Madrid por antonomasia, pero ha sabido conservar muchos de sus iconos más castizos, como los churros de San Ginés, el bacalao de Revuelta y Casa Labra, las sombrererías de la Plaza Mayor o la tienda de capas Seseña. Entre la plaza de la Cebada y la calle Bailén está la zona de La Latina, uno de los lugares más emblemáticos para salir a tomar algo. Los domingos de sol sus calles y plazas son una verdadera fiesta.</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading"><strong> 2. &nbsp;El Paseo del Arte y el Retiro </strong></h4>



<p>En el eje Prado-Recoletos, entre la plaza de Colón y la de Carlos V, puedes recorrer una zona que es Patrimonio de la Humanidad de la UNESCO por su interés monumental, arquitectónico, urbanístico y artístico. Si la zona de los Austrias es el origen de Madrid como capital de España en los siglos XVI y XVII, aquí estarás caminando entre los tesoros que construyeron los reyes de la dinastía de Borbón en el siglo XVIII.</p>



<p>En unos pocos kilómetros encontrarás monumentos como las fuentes de Cibeles y Neptuno, joyas arquitectónicas como el Banco de España o la Biblioteca Nacional y una concentración increíble de museos de fama internacional como la pinacoteca de El Prado, el Museo Thyssen-Bornemisza, el Centro de Arte Reina Sofía o la sala de Exposiciones de Caixa-Forum. En Cibeles verás el impresionante Palacio de Correos, actual Ayuntamiento de Madrid, donde también hay exposiciones y eventos culturales todos los días.Y si subes por la calle Alcalá puedes llegar al parque del Retiro, uno de los pulmones de la ciudad con un estanque monumental, un espectacular palacio de cristal o una de las pocas esculturas dedicadas a Lucifer que existen en el mundo.&nbsp;</p>



<p>En el otro extremo, está el barrio de Las Letras, donde encontrarás, además de edificios como el Hotel Palace y monumentos como la iglesia de las Trinitarias (donde está enterrado Cervantes), las calles dónde vivieron muchos de los grandes escritores del Siglo de Oro.</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>3. El Rastro y Lavapiés</strong></h4>



<p>Muy cerca de La Latina está la Plaza de Cascorro, que es el extremo norte de El Rastro, uno de los mercados al aire libre más famosos del mundo. Cada domingo por la mañana,te esperan cientos de puestos con las mercancías más variadas: antigüedades, artesanía, ropa nueva y de segunda mano, discos y libros antiguos, revistas y cómics de todas las épocas, fósiles y minerales… prácticamente todo lo que puedas imaginar en una zona llena de vida y sabor, donde la multitud forma parte del espectáculo.</p>



<p>Después de perderte entre las calles de El Rastro, puedes sumergirte en las de Lavapiés, uno de los barrios más multiculturales, castizos y creativos de la ciudad, con restaurantes de todas las nacionalidades, rarezas arquitectónicas como las corralas y multitud de propuestas culturales con sus numerosas salas de teatro y centros como La Casa Encendida o La Tabacalera.</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>4. Madrid Río y El Matadero</strong></h4>



<p>Madrid Río es un parque lineal que sigue durante kilómetros el curso del río Manzanares. Fue construido sobre el antiguo trazado de la carretera de circunvalación M-30, que fue soterrada en 2007, haciendo que un paisaje gris y contaminado se convirtiera en uno de los mayores atractivos de la ciudad. Es una maravilla recorrer Madrid Río a pie o en bicicleta, pararte en cualquiera de sus terrazas o contemplar monumentos como los puentes de Segovia y Toledo.<br></p>



<p>En el límite sur de Madrid Río se encuentra Matadero Madrid, un increíble conjunto de naves neo-mudéjares del siglo XIX que en su día abastecían de carne a la ciudad y que ahora forman un gran núcleo de arte de vanguardia con salas de exposiciones, cines, teatros, restaurantes y zonas al aire libre de las que nunca quieres marcharte. Definitivamente, una parada obligatoria si tus planes favoritos incluyen el arte más vanguardista.</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>5. Chueca y Malasaña</strong></h4>



<p>La calle Hortaleza (entre la Gran Vía y la plaza de Alonso Martínez) divide estos barrios que no puedes perderte. Chueca es el máximo exponente de la diversidad de Madrid, un verdadero emblema del movimiento LGTBI donde todo el mundo es bienvenido a los cientos de bares, restaurantes y tiendas que se reparten entre algunas de las calles más bonitas y cuidadas de la ciudad.</p>



<p>Malasaña ha sido durante décadas el símbolo de la modernidad, y su eje principal es la calle Fuencarral (entre la Gran Vía y la glorieta de Bilbao). En los 70 y 80 fue una zona muy underground, de hecho La Movida Madrileña nació en algunos de los bares que aún siguen existiendo, como el Penta o La Vía Láctea. Hoy, esta zona sigue siendo un laboratorio de pruebas para las últimas tendencias, como podrás comprobar en sus tiendas, restaurantes y bares de copas, pero también es uno de los rincones con más solera de Madrid. No en vano, el corazón del barrio es la Plaza del Dos de Mayo, donde empezó el levantamiento popular contra la ocupación francesa de 1808.</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>6. Ponzano</strong></h4>



<p>La zona gastronómica y de ocio de moda en la capital es la calle de Ponzano y sus aledañas. Allí encontrarás los locales más bonitos y modernos de Madrid, con propuestas que van de lo castizo a lo vanguardista. Pero sus múltiples bares y restaurantes no son su único atractivo. En esa zona se encuentran los teatros de El Canal, el Museo Sorolla, el Museo Geominero o el de Ciencias Naturales. En definitiva, se trata de un sitio ideal para cualquier plan, ya sea el aperitivo, el tardeo o unas copas por la noche.</p>



<p>Como ves, en Madrid siempre hay mucho que ver, mucho que hacer, mucho que vivir, y eso que aquí solo te hemos contado una mínima parte. 6 planes de fin de semana en Madrid

A sus modernas urbanizaciones con viviendas de calidad y llenas de zonas verdes, se unen los parques naturales que la rodean, el encanto de su núcleo histórico y su amplísima oferta comercial, de ocio y restauración. Podríamos contarte muchas cosas que hacer y ver en Rivas, pero hemos seleccionado tres de sus lugares imprescindibles.</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>1. Parroquia de San Marcos</strong></h4>



<p>Esta iglesia de estilo neoclásico se construyó en el emplazamiento del templo original, que fue construido en 1623 y tuvo que ser demolido tras una crecida del río Manzanares. A día de hoy es uno de los emblemas de Rivas-Vaciamadrid y, junto al edificio del Ayuntamiento, uno de los iconos arquitectónicos del centro histórico de la localidad. Si estás en Rivas, tienes que ver la parroquia de San Marcos.</p>



<p>Desde el exterior, destacan el esbelto campanario sobre el edifico de piedra y ladrillo, los tres arcos carpaneles del atrio y el cimborrio sobre el altar. En su interior, de una sola nave, podrás contemplar la pila bautismal que se conserva de la iglesia primitiva, el altar mayor y una vidriera multicolor dedicada a los santos niños Justo y Pastor, patrones de la Diócesis de Alcalá, a la que pertenece la parroquia.</p>



<p>Pero quizá la mejor razón para dejarte caer por San Marcos es su ubicación, en pleno casco antiguo de Rivas-Vaciamadrid, donde se sigue conservando la esencia de la vida en un pueblo: el mercadillo del domingo, los corrillos de vecinos y los lugares donde tomar el aperitivo. Un entorno acogedor, tranquilo y alegre por el que transcurre gran parte de la vida local.</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>2. H2O Centro Comercial</strong></h4>



<p>En Rivas-Vaciamadrid tienes uno de los mayores centros comerciales y de ocio de la provincia, con más de 50.000 metros cuadrados en los que encontrarás más de 70 tiendas, más de 20 locales de restauración y un cine con 15 títulos en cartelera.</p>



<p>Es un lugar perfecto para un plan que puede durar todo el día: una mañana de shopping (lleva calzado cómodo, que tienes mucho que mirar), una parada en alguno de sus restaurantes (hay para todos los gustos) y una película de estreno en una sala espectacular con pantalla gigante y ese sonido que solo se escucha en el cine.</p>



<p>Si vas con niños, no solo vas a encontrar dónde comprarles ropa, juguetes o chuches. El centro comercial cuenta con servicios como la ludoteca temática LEGO FUN FACTORY, donde podrán dar mil y una formas a su imaginación. Además, H2O es un lugar increíble para disfrutar de fiestas como Halloween, la Navidad o incluso el Holi Fest, el famoso festival multicolor venido de la India.</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>3. Centro El Campillo</strong></h4>



<p>A pesar de su proximidad al centro de Madrid, Rivas-Vaciamadrid está rodeada de espacios naturales protegidos. En uno de ellos, el Parque Regional del Sureste, se encuentra el Centro de Educación Ambiental El Campillo, cuyo nombre procede de la laguna sobre la que está construido el propio edificio, un espectacular palafito por el que caminarás literalmente sobre las aguas.</p>



<p>El centro ofrece exposiciones, actividades educativas abiertas a todos los colegios que lo deseen, actividades para el fin de semana y rutas por el Parque del Sureste, que comprende varios municipios y está enclavado en torno a los ejes de los cursos bajos de los ríos Manzanares y Jarama. Se trata de un entorno natural único, donde el agua es el elemento dominante, presente allá donde pongas los ojos.</p>



<p>Un paisaje como este es el hábitat de más de 120 especies de aves, sobre las que podrás informarte en el propio centro, en el que encontrarás curiosidades como un hotel para insectos o participar en acciones tan necesarias y apasionantes como la colocación de cajas nido.</p>

<p>Empecemos por aclarar que un nómada digital no es simplemente alguien que se ha pasado del modelo presencial al trabajo remoto. De hecho, el nomadismo digital ni siquiera va solo de trabajo, es una forma de vida que empezó mucho antes de que la pandemia nos hiciera descubrir que muchos podemos trabajar perfectamente desde casa gracias a las (ya no tan nuevas) tecnologías.</p>



<p>Precisamente, ese es el origen de este fenómeno, la aparición de los medios técnicos que nos permiten trabajar a distancia. Y puede que no lo creas, pero el primer nómada digital de la historia surgió mucho antes de que se popularizara internet. Se trata de Steve Roberts, un escritor freelance de Ohio que en 1983 decidió recorrer el mundo con su bicicleta, usando un ordenador de la época para escribir los artículos que enviaba a los editores a través de CompuServe, una de las compañías pioneras en servicios telemáticos.&nbsp;</p>



<p>Lo que hizo Steve Rogers hace 4 décadas es lo que cada vez más personas llevan haciendo desde comienzos del siglo XXI. Porque un nómada digital (ya lo hemos dicho) no es simplemente alguien que trabaja en remoto gracias a los entornos digitales, sino alguien que aprovecha la oportunidad de ofrecer servicios 100% online para adoptar un estilo de vida sin residencia fija, que le permita estar en contacto con la naturaleza, recorrer otros países o conocer culturas diferentes.</p>



<p>Aunque para lanzarse a esa aventura basta con tener una actividad que pueda hacerse a distancia, lo cierto es que las profesiones más habituales entre los nómadas digitales tienen que ver con el diseño, la creatividad o el desarrollo web.&nbsp;</p>



<p>En cuanto a los tipos de nómada digital según su vínculo con el trabajo, existen tres grandes grupos: freelances (profesionales independientes), emprendedores y trabajadores por cuenta ajena que acuerdan este tipo de relación con su empresa.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>¿Cómo ser un nómada digital?</strong></h2>

<p>Si te dedicas a algo que te permita trabajar online desde cualquier sitio y estás pensando en convertirte en nómada digital, tienes que tener en cuenta las diferentes variables que influyen en esa decisión.</p>



<p>El primer requisito (y quizá el más importante) es estar plenamente convencido de lo que este cambio supone a nivel social, familiar y emocional. Al fin y al cabo, ser nómada es lo contrario a echar raíces, por lo que la oportunidad de viajar de un sitio a otro y cambiar de residencia cuando quieras lleva implícita la renuncia a estar cerca de tu familia, tus amigos de toda la vida, etc. Si tienes pareja sabes que tendrás que consensuar tus planes y, en caso de tener hijos, deberás contemplar cosas tan importantes como su educación o su entorno social.</p>



<p>Si tienes todo esto claro y decides abandonar tu oficina para llevarla donde tú estés, hay varios aspectos prácticos que debes tener en cuenta. En primer lugar, tienes que decidir si te mueves definitivamente o si vas a mantener tu residencia fija para volver algún día. Eso es importante a efectos de empadronamiento, domiciliaciones, etc. y también para estimar qué necesitas llevar contigo, si vas a realizar una mudanza completa con todo lo que tienes en casa o si solo vas a desplazarte con lo imprescindible.</p>



<p>Otra pregunta que has de plantearte es dónde ir y cuánto tiempo te quedarás, porque hay muchos factores que influyen en ello. Por ejemplo, y aunque parezca una perogrullada, si quieres ser un nómada digital tienes que asegurarte de contar con un buen acceso a internet, cosa que no es tan habitual como parece. Si te marchas a una gran ciudad o a una localidad importante no tendrás problemas en ese sentido, pero si tu destino es un pueblo, averigua antes si cuenta con la infraestructura necesaria para hacer tu trabajo.</p>



<p>Por último, abordemos un aspecto importante para los nómadas digitales: el acceso a la vivienda. Algunos se mueven en sus propias autocaravanas o se alojan en campings o albergues, pero lo habitual es habitar en casas de alquiler, teniendo que adaptarse a unas exigencias (duración del contrato, fianzas, garantías, etc.) que casi siempre se contradicen con un estilo de vida nómada. Independizarse es uno de los actos más ilusionantes de nuestra existencia, pero también uno de los más costosos (y no solo en términos emocionales). Por eso, si estás pensando en emanciparte, queremos ayudarte a conocer cómo y a qué precio puedes conseguir tu independencia. Vamos paso a paso…</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>¿Qué requisitos hay que tener en cuenta para emanciparse?</strong></h4>



<p>A nivel legal, en España basta con ser mayor de edad para poder emanciparte sin permiso de nadie. La ley también permite hacerlo a los menores de entre 16 y 18 años, siempre que sea por concesión de los mayores que ejercen la patria potestad o por concesión judicial.&nbsp;</p>



<p>Pero aunque no existan frenos legales para independizarse a los 18 años, la realidad es que según Eurostat, la edad media con la que se emancipan las personas jóvenes en España es de 29’5 años. Y eso, por mucho apego que se tenga a la vida familiar, tiene que ver principalmente con el dinero. Más concretamente, con el coste de encontrar un lugar donde vivir.&nbsp;</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>El primer reto: encontrar un piso de emancipación para jóvenes</strong></h4>



<p>Cuando eres adolescente y sueñas con independizarte, te sueles imaginar viviendo en un apartamento como los de los personajes de las series, en pleno centro de la ciudad y con una cantidad de metros cuadrados como para montar en bici dentro de casa. Pero en el momento de la verdad, te toca comparar los precios de la vivienda con tus ingresos y te das cuenta de que la realidad suele estar bastante lejos de lo que pensabas.</p>



<p>No sabemos cuáles son tus posibilidades económicas, pero si tenemos en cuenta que el salario más frecuente en España es de 1.320 euros netos mensuales (según datos del INE) y que si estás al inicio de tu carrera probablemente tu salario sea inferior, vas a tener que estudiar muy bien tus opciones a la hora de encontrar tu casa.</p>



<p>Empecemos por la más difícil: comprar una vivienda. El precio de un inmueble en propiedad depende de varios factores: la zona, los metros cuadrados, los años que lleva construido… por lo que nos limitamos a decirte que, de media, una vivienda en España cuesta 179.887 euros. Es decir, 136,2 salarios mensuales de los que hablábamos más arriba. Para afrontar semejante desembolso, lo más normal es que tengas que pedir un préstamo hipotecario y que para concedértelo el banco te exija unos requisitos que son difíciles de cumplir para quien está empezando su vida laboral (contrato indefinido, un nivel mínimo de ingresos…). Además, generalmente las hipotecas sólo cubren el 80% del precio de la vivienda, por lo que deberás disponer del 20% restante en el momento de la compra. Complicado, ¿verdad? Quizá por eso el 55% de los españoles menores de 35 años vive en un piso de alquiler.</p>



<p>Sin embargo, alquilar una vivienda también requiere cumplir condiciones. Los propietarios tienen derecho por ley a exigir una fianza equivalente a un mes entero de renta, pero es habitual que esa cantidad se amplíe en el contrato y que haya que añadir otra mensualidad como comisión para la agencia inmobiliaria. Además, lo más normal es que a la hora de alquilar un piso te pidan que garantices tu solvencia presentando nóminas, el historial de ingresos y gastos de tu cuenta bancaria e incluso un aval bancario o un avalista que responda por ti en caso de impago.&nbsp;</p>



<p>Si a todo esto le sumas el hecho de que el precio medio de las viviendas de alquiler en grandes ciudades como Madrid y Barcelona ronda los 800 euros, una opción muy común entre las personas que se acaban de independizar es compartir piso. Eso significa que pagarás por tu habitación y compartirás el resto de los gastos, pero también el salón, la cocina, los cuartos de baño, las tareas domésticas, las visitas de tus compañeros de piso… En definitiva, vivir con otras personas puede ser una experiencia muy divertida, pero tu único espacio de intimidad es tu cuarto.</p>



<p>Como ves, acceder a tu primer hogar puede ser complicado, y tanto el precio como la dificultad de encontrar alojamiento van en aumento cuanto mayor es la ciudad en la quieres vivir. Si tu idea es emanciparte en Madrid, te interesa seguir leyendo.</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Independizase en Madrid</strong></h4>



<p>Madrid tiene más de 5 millones de habitantes y más de medio millón de empresas, por lo que es uno de los lugares elegidos por muchos jóvenes cuando se emancipan, sean o no madrileños. Si es tu caso, lo primero que debes saber es que según el portal En Alquiler, en 2022 el precio medio de un piso en alquiler en la capital es de 1.735 euros mensuales. En el caso de una habitación, un estudio del portal pisos.com habla de 426 euros al mes.</p>



<p>El precio del metro cuadrado varía mucho según los barrios, lo que significa que en el centro y en las zonas más emblemáticas de la ciudad pagarás más por un espacio más pequeño, y probablemente en una finca muy antigua. La buena noticia es que la Comunidad de Madrid tiene uno de los mejores sistemas de transporte público del mundo, y una red de arterias que hacen que moverse de una zona a otra de la ciudad sea tan fácil como rápido. Eso significa que puedes vivir en un buen sitio por menos precio y llegar al centro en minutos.<br>Además,si quieres emanciparte&nbsp; no todo es alquilar o comprar una casa.
