How does Flex Living work? How does Flex Living work?
Flex Living is a concept that mixes the comfort of a home with the flexibility of a temporary stay. You can stay as long as you need — from days to months — with everything included: utilities, Wi-Fi, cleaning and access to common areas.

What do I need to do to book an apartment? What do I need to do to book an apartment?
Pick the apartment that suits you best and start the booking process — we’ll ask for some details and the documents we need.

Yes, we ask for a deposit of up to 15% of the total (always under €1,000) to confirm your booking. We refund it at the end of your stay as long as the apartment is returned in the same condition.

At Be Casa we adapt the payment to what works for you. For stays longer than 2 months we offer different payment options: monthly, full payment up front, or the first 2 months up front.
