At Be Casa, you will find a wide range of additional services designed to provide you with all the comfort in the world. For example, you can arrange extra cleaning when you need it, use our transfer service to the airport, early check-in and late check-out, additional parking spaces. There are also additional facilities such as an extra bed, extra set of towels and sheets, kitchenware pack (for stays of more than two months) or cots (for stays that exceed 60 days). And at any time of the day, you can get a snack from the vending machines or use the TULU service, where you can borrow useful items such as a hoover or an electric scooter. At Be Casa Rivas, you also have a left-luggage service, a home dry cleaning service and a personal trainer.

Yes, and there is also a parking space included in the price for stays that exceed two months. And if you wish, you can rent additional parking spaces. The included parking service may not be available in all buildings or may be subject to availability limitations and other conditions.

We will require a down payment to confirm your reservation, a maximum of 15% of the total amount of the reservation (always less than 1000€), irrespective of the type of apartment you choose. Once the contract ends, that down payment will be refunded as long as you leave the apartment in the same condition as when you arrived.
