Be Casa has locations in Madrid (Rivas, San Sebastián de los Reyes, Valdebebas and Alcobendas), Vizcaya (Barakaldo) and Barcelona (Sant Cugat).

Buildings in strategic, modern settings, surrounded by green areas, retail and excellent transport connections so you’ve got everything within reach.

Be Casa offers the flexibility and services of a hotel plus the privacy and freedom of an apartment. On top of that, you get spaces and services you won’t find elsewhere — pool, rooftop, meeting rooms and activities for residents.

Booking and payment

What do I need to do to book an apartment? What do I need to do to book an apartment?

Pick the apartment that suits you best and start the booking process — we’ll ask for some details and the documents we need.

Is there a deposit? Is there a deposit?

Yes, we ask for a deposit of up to 15% of the total (always under €1,000) to confirm your booking. We refund it at the end of your stay as long as the apartment is returned in the same condition.

What payment methods do you accept? What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay for your stay by card (in person or online), bank transfer or cash. For stays longer than 2 months we also accept SEPA direct debit.

At Be Casa we adapt the payment to what works for you. For stays longer than 2 months we offer different payment options: monthly, full payment up front, or the first 2 months up front.

Check-in and check-out

What time is check-in and check-out? What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out at 12:00.

Can I arrive before check-in or leave after check-out? Can I arrive before check-in or leave after check-out?

No problem. If you need to, you can book the extra early check-in or late check-out service.

What documents do I need to check in? What documents do I need to check in?

The same as at any other stay: your national ID, passport or NIE.

At Be Casa you can stay as long as you like — from a few days to several months.

Of course. At Be Casa you can stay one day, a few weeks or as long as you need.

Of course! At Be Casa you’re home — you can have visitors and enjoy the freedom and privacy of your space, as long as you respect the maximum number of people per apartment and the building’s house rules.

At Be Casa we’re proudly Pet Friendly. Check our conditions and extra fees and come enjoy your stay with your pet.

Can several people rent together? Can several people rent together?

Yes, at Be Casa you can share your stay however you like: solo, as a couple or with friends.

Can I bring my own furniture? Can I bring my own furniture?

No need — all our apartments come furnished and designed by our interior team. Still, feel free to bring small decorative items to make the space even more yours.

What happens if something breaks in my apartment? What happens if something breaks in my apartment?

No need to worry. As long as the damage is to original elements of the apartment and not from misuse, our maintenance team will take care of it. We’ve also got a 24-hour service for emergencies.

Of course — Be Casa is your home and you can share it with whoever you like.

We’ve got different options: from studios to 1-, 2- and 4-bedroom apartments, so you’ve got the space that fits your needs best.

Bathroom: shower, screen and towels
Kitchen: microwave, induction hob, fridge (some with dishwasher and washing machine)
Bedroom: double bed, bedding, wardrobe and desk
Comfort: air conditioning and heating
Extras: 4-bedroom apartments with a large terrace to enjoy the outdoors

Yes, they’re included, plus a linen service that swaps them regularly.

Can I order food to my apartment? Can I order food to my apartment?

Yes, you can order food and enjoy it in your apartment as if you were at home.

Services and facilities

Are all costs included in my stay? Are all costs included in my stay?

Yes, your apartment’s price includes every utility: Wi-Fi, maintenance, cleaning and regular linen change, 24/7 reception and package handling… It also includes access to all our facilities and common areas.

Can I throw a party in the common areas? Can I throw a party in the common areas?

Yes, you can host get-togethers or celebrations in the spaces set up for it, as long as you respect the usage and house rules of the building. To do it, just book the space through the web or with the building team.

What services can I add on top of what's included? What services can I add on top of what's included?

At Be Casa you can add extra services for more comfort like additional cleaning, early check-in and late check-out, dry cleaning to your door or a personal trainer.

You can also request extra equipment: kitchenware pack (for stays longer than 2 months), extra towel and sheet set.

And for any day-to-day need, you’ve got vending machines and the TULU service, where you can get anything from vacuum cleaners to electric scooters.

Yes, our buildings have parking. If you’d like a spot, you can get it for an extra fee — bear in mind it’s subject to availability.

Do I have to clean my apartment or is there cleaning service? Do I have to clean my apartment or is there cleaning service?

At Be Casa we handle the cleaning so you just enjoy your home. For stays longer than two months, your apartment includes regular cleaning (kitchen aside) and sheet + towel change. You can also book extra cleaning whenever you need it.

Any you like. At Be Casa we run all sorts of activities (food, culture, sport, sustainability…) inspired by what our residents enjoy, so you get the most out of community life.
