What exactly is Be Casa?

When something is completely new, it has to be explained correctly. Be Casa is precisely that; an innovative concept that was designed to meet accommodation requirements in an entirely flexible fashion. A level of flexibility that we apply to everything: to the stays, which can range from several days to weeks or months, and to the layout of the facilities, with private apartments and all kinds of communal areas (pool, meeting rooms, rooftop terrace...). All this at affordable prices, with all the comforts and with a wide range of included services.

What is included in the price?

The price of the apartment you choose includes a parking space (free for stays that exceed two months), utilities (electricity, water and gas), community charges, wifi, regular housekeeping and linen changes, access to all communal areas, events and activities, reception, 24-hour security, free package pick-up, and maintenance if something goes wrong in your apartment.

Where is Be Casa accommodation located?

Our first flexible accommodation establishment is in Rivas-Vaciamadrid, in the south-east of Madrid. This area features a wide range of shopping and leisure facilities, and is just a few minutes from the city centre by bus, metro or private car via the A3. Be Casa will soon be opening in San Sebastián de los Reyes and Valdebebas, in the north of the city.

What are the differences between a hotel, an apartment, and Be Casa?

At Be Casa, we provide all the comforts of a hotel, such as flexibility in the length of stays, the peace of mind of having our reception and maintenance teams, the services included in the price or the possibility of hiring additional services to make your life easier. You also have the best features of an apartment: the privacy and freedom of being in your own home, with a fully equipped kitchen, personal spaces decorated by a great team of interior designers and furnished using high-quality materials. In addition, you will have access to facilities and services that are difficult to find in traditional flats, such as a rooftop terrace with a barbecue, a pool, meeting rooms or the events and activities that we organise for our residents.

Booking and payments

What do I have to do to book an apartment?

From September 2022, you can book the type of apartment you prefer. To do so, you can use the form on our website or come and see us in person. Whichever formula you choose, you can always count on the help of our sales team, who will advise you on your decision and answer any questions you may have.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

We will require a deposit, irrespective of the type of apartment you choose. Once the contract ends, that deposit will be refunded as long as you leave the apartment in the same condition as when you arrived.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Here – as in everything – we are also flexible. You can pay for your accommodation by card (in person or online), by bank transfer and in cash. If your stay is longer than 2 months, we also accept SEPA Direct Debit.

How do I pay for my accommodation? Monthly, daily, all in one payment…

You know that flexibility is one of the pillars of Be Casa. We adapt to you in everything, and that of course includes paying for your accommodation. In the case of stays of more than two months, we offer various options, based on the criteria and situation of our residents: monthly payments, full payment of the contract in advance, or a down payment for the first two months.

Check-in and check-out

What time are check-in and check-out?

For long-term accommodation (more than two months), check-in is at 15:00, check-out is at 12:00.

Can I check in early or check out late?

No problem. If required, you can hire the additional early check-in or late check-out service.

What documentation do I need when I check in?

The same as in any accommodation: your Identity Card, passport or Foreigner’s Identity Number (NIE).

Stay

How long can I stay? Is there a maximum or minimum limit?

Be Casa is your home and you can stay as long as you want. From several days to several months. What is important to us is that you enjoy life, and that is why we provide the perfect alternative to all types of accommodation, at affordable and highly competitive prices.

May I just come for a few days?

Of course. At Be Casa, you can stay for a day, a few weeks or as long as you want. We adapt to you, and this is your home for as long as you wish to stay.

Regulations

Can other people visit me and stay overnight?

Of course! Be Casa is your home. Enjoy all the freedom and privacy of a home, but with all the comforts and services of a hotel.

Can I bring my pet?

Be Casa is absolutely and enthusiastically Pet Friendly. Everyone here is welcome, including pets. Check our conditions and bring yours at your convenience.

Can several people rent together?

Of course! At Be Casa, we are flexible because we put your needs first. You can come and live as you like: by yourself, as a couple, with friends… You choose! In addition, you and your roomies will all be included in the contract.

Can I bring my own furniture?

You simply won't need it. All our apartments are furnished with new furniture and designed by our interior design team. But feel free to bring any decorative elements that will make you feel, even more, at home.

What happens if something breaks in my apartment?

Absolutely nothing! We'll fix it right away. At Be Casa, we have a maintenance team from Monday to Friday to attend to incidents that arise in the apartments. And if it's urgent, we have a 24-hour service. Both are included in the price as long as it is the maintenance of items already in the apartment that have not been damaged through improper use. The repair of items you bring with you is not included in the price.

Are children allowed to stay?

Of course! Be Casa is your home and you can share it with anyone you want.

Apartments

What kind of apartments are there at Be Casa?

We have different types of apartments: Studios, 1-bedroom apartments and 2-bedroom apartments so that you can choose what best suits you. Some of them have a terrace for more independence

Are sheets and towels included or do I have to bring mine?

The price of your stay at Be Casa includes sheets and towels, as well as a linen service that changes them regularly.

Can I order food to take to my apartment?

Of course, you can. If you can do it at home, you can do it at Be Casa, too.

Services and facilities

Are all expenses included in my stay?

Yes, all of your apartment's utilities are included in the price. This includes high-speed Wi-Fi, the maintenance service, the reception team that will also take care of receiving your packages, 24-hour security, housekeeping and regular linen changes. In addition, the price includes a parking space (for stays that exceed two months) and free access to all our communal facilities and areas.

Can I have a party in the communal areas?

Yes, whenever you like. You simply have to reserve the space you are going to use. You can choose between various rooms or our rooftop terraces, where barbecues are available for our residents and their friends to organise private events and gatherings.

What services can I hire other than those included in the price?

At Be Casa, you will find a wide range of additional services designed to provide you with all the comfort in the world. For example, you can arrange extra cleaning when you need it, use our transfer service to the airport, early check-in and late check-out, additional parking spaces. There are also additional facilities such as an extra bed, extra set of towels and sheets, kitchenware pack (for stays of more than two months) or cots (for stays that exceed 60 days). And at any time of the day, you can get a snack from the vending machines or use the TULU service, where you can borrow useful items such as a hoover or an electric scooter. At Be Casa Rivas, you also have a left-luggage service, a home dry cleaning service and a personal trainer.

Is parking available at the Be Casa buildings?

Yes, and there is also a parking space included in the price for stays that exceed two months. And if you wish, you can rent additional parking spaces.

Do I have to clean my apartment or is there a housekeeping service?

We have a team at Be Casa that will take care of cleaning your apartment so that you don't have to worry about anything. For stays of more than two months, the price of the accommodation includes the bimonthly cleaning of the various rooms of your apartment, except the kitchen, in addition to a change of sheets and towels. If you wish, you can additionally hire the cleaning service on a one-off basis or as often as you need. For stays of less than two months, the price also includes the cleaning of the apartment and the frequency depends on the type of reservation selected.

What kind of events can I attend at Be Casa?

That will depend primarily on you and the other residents. We will be inspired by your preferences, tastes and interests to organise activities and events that make life at Be Casa as fun and interesting as possible. To this end, we will organise gastronomic, cultural, sporting and environmental activities... anything that will make you feel at home.
