Be Casa's priority is to provide safe and healthy places at all levels. Therefore, as long as the pandemic remains active, we will continue to implement measures to protect our residents. We limit the capacity and opening hours of the communal facilities so that you can enjoy them safely, we optimise the cleaning and disinfection protocols of all shared areas, our staff use face masks, protective screens and hydroalcoholic gel dispensers, and we offer information on guidelines to protect ourselves from the virus. For us, your well-being comes first, which is why the entire Be Casa team is committed to taking care of your health.

We will require a down payment to confirm your reservation, a maximum of 15% of the total amount of the reservation (always less than 1000€), irrespective of the type of apartment you choose. Once the contract ends, that down payment will be refunded as long as you leave the apartment in the same condition as when you arrived.
