A level of flexibility that we apply to everything: to the stays, which can range from several days to weeks or months, and to the layout of the facilities, with private apartments and all kinds of communal areas (pool, meeting rooms, rooftop terrace...). All this at affordable prices, with all the comforts and with a wide range of included services.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

We will require a deposit, irrespective of the type of apartment you choose. Once the contract ends, that deposit will be refunded as long as you leave the apartment in the same condition as when you arrived.

How long can I stay? Is there a maximum or minimum limit?

Be Casa is your home and you can stay as long as you want. From several days to several months. What is important to us is that you enjoy life, and that is why we provide the perfect alternative to all types of accommodation, at affordable and highly competitive prices.
