Relocation and group accommodation

From September 2022, you can book the type of apartment you prefer. To do so, you can use the form on our website or come and see us in person. Whichever formula you choose, you can always count on the help of our sales team, who will advise you on your decision and answer any questions you may have.

The flats have everything you need to live comfortably. The kitchen is equipped with a glass-ceramic hob, fridge, microwave and washing machine in the 1-bedroom apartments (except those adapted for disabled people) and the 2-bedroom apartments. If you wish, you can rent kitchenware (which is included for stays of less than two months) from us or, if you prefer, you can bring your own. As for the bathroom, it has a shower, screen and towels. The bedroom features a wardrobe, double beds, bedside tables and bed linen. The living-dining area is equipped with a double sofa, Smart TV, pouffe, dining table and chairs. In addition, the entire apartment has ducted air conditioning.

Of course! At Be Casa, we are flexible because we put your needs first. You can come and live as you like: by yourself, as a couple, with friends… You choose! In addition, you and your roomies will all be included in the contract.

We have rates for long-term stays with extremely affordable prices, similar to market rates in the area. The advantage is that at Be Casa, you won't have to worry about many of the costs of a traditional rental, such as electricity and gas bills, Wi-Fi or housekeeping.
