We opened our first community, Be Casa Rivas

Be Casa is built on four key principles: flexibility, affordability, community and sustainability. December 1st was a very special day, as we were able to share these principles with our future residents and the City Council of Rivas.

The mayoress of the city, Aida Castillejo, and the Municipal Placement Agency visited the building and signed a collaboration agreement to promote employment in Rivas.

Be Casa is not only about the community we create with our residents but also about our relationship with the whole local community. Therefore, the partnership we have signed helps strengthen this bond even further.

The Be Casa Rivas building comprises various types of accommodation, such as studios, as well as 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments. The goal is to offer our residents a variety of options so that they can choose the one that best suits their lifestyles.

However, the best parts of the building are certainly those intended for the whole community. The communal facilities we provide are:

On December 1st, we also welcomed our new residents, who, as of December 12th, will start living at Be Casa Rivas.

Our residents were able to explore some of the building’s communal facilities, such as the Social Club, Coworking space, the Gym and the small square. They were also able to enjoy a Christmas market, with crepes, drinks, live music and a stand where they could have their photo taken to remember this special day.

Our first residents have already started living at Be Casa Rivas. It is now the beginning of a new era; of a flexible, affordable, quality housing option.
